From: Richard Parkes Cordock, MD Enterprise Leaders Worldwide
Dear SME Business Owner or Leader,
If you are a UK registered company or non-commercial organisation, and employ between 5 and 249 people... there is a very strong chance you are eligible to receive up to £1,000 of government funding to invest in the leadership and management development of your CEO/MD and senior management team.
Get the Special Report here for FREE!
You may be a five person accounting firm, a 200 strong manufacturer, a 50 person voluntary body -- or any size or shape SME in between... in any industry -- but by investing the money the government is making available to you into the development of your senior team, you should expect to see an increase of new recurring revenues and profits in your company of 10, 100 or even 1,000+ times your initial £1,000 government grant.
If you haven't already downloaded my free report which explains the new Train to Gain funding, I'd encourage you to get it now and find out:
In the remainder of this letter, I'll introduce you to the leadership and management training my company provides, and outline how we can help you grow the revenues and profitability of your company by developing your most valuable profit growth asset, YOUR PEOPLE.
I'll explain how, by first working with your CEO/MD and senior management team, we will give you the tools to train, develop and mentor the rest of your organisation so that you have the most inspired, passionate, driven and energised workforce in your industry... employes who consistently deliver the highest levels of revenue, profits and value for your company.
Here's why this is important...
Behind the profitable growth of any great company is a great leadership team - a team fueled with a clear vision, a clear sense of purpose, belief and confidence, and a desire to achieve its company goals.
Take a look at any successful organisation, and you'll see at a senior level - outstanding leadership.
But more importantly, you'll see leaders who are also mentors, who know how to develop their staff... who know how to coach and guide their employees, so that the vision, passion and desire which is felt at the senior level of the company is also felt by middle managers, supervisors, key-employees and front-line staff.
Ultimately, this energy is alive in the very people who day-to-day, hour-to-hour and minute-to-minute interact with your customers and prospects.

Great leadership and a motivated, profitable workforce go hand in hand... but it starts at the top with you, the CEO and senior management team, infusing energy... a vibe... and confidence throughout your whole organisation.
This is something I have seen time and time again in entrepreneurial SME companies.

Over the past few years I've met, interviewed and analyzed many great UK business leaders. People such as Duncan Bannatyne (TV Dragons' Den), Sir Tom Hunter (Scotland's richest entrepreneur), Lord Bilimoria (Founder - Cobra Beer), Lord Harris (Founder - CarpetRight), Chris Rucker (Founder - The White Company), Simon Woodroffe (Founder - YO! Sushi), Luke Johnson (Entrepreneur, investor and current chairman of Channel 4), and many other award-winning business leaders who have achieved extraordinary results, often from a standing start with little or no resources.
What all these entrepreneurs and business owners have in common, is a clear way of thinking which I call business-owner-thinking.
It is this way of thinking that they are able to instill in their core management team around them... but more importantly, they know how to instill this way of 'being' in every employee throughout the company, so that every decision and action by an employee and manager carries the same passion, belief and conviction as the owner of the business.
This is leadership at its highest level: when you as a leader are able to duplicate yourself, and create people throughout your organisation to take ownership and responsibility for the growth of your business, as if it was their own.
It is these tools and strategies to develop business-owner-thinking throughout your company, which are the centre of our training.
Starting by working with your senior management team, and giving you the education, framework, tools and ability to become better mentors, leaders and man-managers, our training rapidly infuses your entire organisation, encouraging everybody in your company to step-up and develop their own personal leadership style.
Whether they are the receptionist, delivery-man, product designer, marketing executive, or senior director, everybody in your company delivers their day to day work with the same passion and belief as if they were the owner of your business.
This way of thinking, which I call 'business-owner-thinking' has been responsible for the fortunes of many great entrepreneurs and business owners, and will be responsible for the rapid revenue and profit growth in your own company too.
Our training, which you download and listen to on your MP3 player, mobile phone, PDA, computer... or watch through our online multi-media training platform, will give you -- as a senior executive -- the practical tools to start developing and mentoring your own team to achieve the highest possible results.

The medium revenue per head of employees who have 5 or fewer days training per year was found to be $137,931, compared to $210,380 from those who have greater than five days (Source: A joint research project by the not for profit research organisation - APQC and IBM and Workforce Management. |
Without question, it is your responsibility as a senior member of your company to develop your people. Regardless of the position you hold (finance director, sales director, marketing director, etc), people development has to be one of your primary objectives for growing your business.
You simply cannot achieve significant results without people, and therefore continually developing your staff (during both good and bad times) is one of your fundamental responsibilities as a senior executive.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say, that if you are not continually developing your employees and managers (and yourself as a senior director), you are falling short as a leader, such is the importance of people development.
The reality however is that in far too many companies, staff development is over looked - and more each year is spent on the printing and cleaning budget than it is on getting more out of their teams.
I call this the Profit Paradox!
Business leaders want more profits and greater results, but then fail to develop the most important resource which will deliver the results to them ...namely, their PEOPLE!
But, without having a structure and framework with which you (and your senior management team) can use to guide and mentor your middle managers, supervisors and front-line employees, you will forever struggle to get the greatest results from your team, and will leave significant amounts of profits on the table.
This is precisely why we start our training at the senior level, and over time help you roll-out the programme throughout your company.
At the heart of our flagship Enterprise Leader Development Programme, (which we also market as Profit Growth Training, because profit growth is the net result of great leadership), are 20 core mentoring modules, broken down into three areas of customers, teams and leadership.
Each day for 20 days (or 20 weeks if you would like to take more time over your learning), you will study a short 15-20 minute mentoring module which teaches you the fundamentals of business-owner-thinking - which are consistent with all great business owners and leaders.
Only once you are up to speed with these 20 modules will you be able to properly mentor the rest of your employees in your company in the proven principles of business-owner-thinking and profit growth.
Along with the 20 core mentoring modules, you'll also receive four extra valuable bonus training tools.
Business Upgrade: 21 Days to Reignite the Entrepreneurial Spirit in You and Your Team is the precursor to the Enterprise Leader Development Programme and tells the story of how Amroze Technology fell on hard times, and through strong leadership, recovered and changed from a loss making company into a profitable growth-oriented company.
Business Upgrade is your case study, and as with any MBA (Master of Business Administration), case studies are the most engaging and rapid way to learn.
In this 4 hour spoken word audio book (which is also a former WH Smith Business Book of the Month), you will learn the ins and outs of Amroze Technology and how one of its employees, Lucy Robinson, has been given 21 days to find out why the company is struggling, and with the help of her mentor (and your mentor Tom McMillan) she slowly pieces together exactly what is wrong, and what she can do to fix it.
Business Upgrade sets the scene for the Enterprise Leader Development Programme and it's essential that you listen to this audio book before you start studying the 20 core sessions of the programme.
To make sure you get the most from the course and become a better mentor for the rest of your employees, I've created a 218 page workbook with practical exercises which you can directly apply in your own company.
You'll also receive a 20 session downloadable summary - capturing the essence of the entire course in one listening.
Where the actual mentoring sessions are 15-20 minutes long each day, the summary runs for 3 minutes per session, and is underpinned by inspirational music which keeps the principles of business-owner-thinking fresh in your mind, so you can profit from them each day as a leader and mentor.
The summary sessions were designed by Roy Smoothe, one of the world's masters in fusing together music, message and motivation. He has created this review in a compelling format which you'll want to listen to many times over.
I mentioned before that the creation of the Enterprise Leader Development Programme came out of my extensive interviews with some of the UK's most successful business owners and leaders.
These interviews led to the creation of Millionaire MBA Business Mentoring Programme, which is now used by thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs around the world.
I want you and your senior management team to hear first hand from these entrepreneurs, so you can hear the exact words they use, the passion which pours out of them, and the total confidence and conviction they have, which fills their companies and teams with a spirit of business-owner-thinking.
The CD version of Millionaire MBA sells for £399+VAT, but online access is yours for FREE under this government backed training offer.

Staff who have received formal training have been found to be up to 230 per cent more productive than untrained colleagues working in the same role. (Source: Smith A., 2001, Return on Investment in Training: Research Readings, NCVER). |
To help you get the greatest return from the government's £1,000 leadership and management funding, we have put together a specific training offer for UK SMEs.
As you'll have read in my special report, the government is providing £500 of grant based funding, and another £500 when you match this contribution.
For you to get the greatest value from our SME specific offer, I have made a decision to match the government's funding, so that you can now receive up to £2,500 of training.
What this means in reality is that the first £500 of grant based government funding (which must be spent on your most senior director), will be spent on buying a 'master-licence' of our Enterprise Leader Development programme. This is exactly how other companies (outside of this SME offer) purchase the training.
Once you have your master-licence, it is just a question of adding additional user licenses (at £199 each) so your senior team, and possibly even your middle management can start to receive training.
When you combine:
...this is a total of £2,500 which allows you to train up to eleven people in your company under this offer.
Training your senior/middle managers in the principles of business owner thinking, and giving them the tools so they can become better leaders and mentors to their own staff, will give you the fastest and most profitable return under this government SME offer.
Regardless of the size of company you are, or the industry you are in, it is your people who determine the success and growth of your company.
It is your staff (at all levels, and even those who work behind the scenes and are not directly customer facing) who engage with your wider marketplace, who represent the values of your company and brand...
...and it is their actions and decisions -- at all times -- which influence whether your prospects and customers want to buy, buy again from you, and then ultimately do your marketing for you as they recommend you to their friends, family and business associates.
It is your employees' energy and vibrancy which your customers and prospects pick up on.
It is their belief in your products and services, their enthusiasm and the fact that they CARE which makes your customers want to buy.
But without you and your senior management team taking responsibility and constantly developing, training, mentoring and supporting your people to take more ownership and responsibility, you will never fulfill the true profit potential which lies within your company.

I look forward to working with you, and helping you grow your revenue and profits through world class leadership.
To your profitable growth,
Richard Parkes Cordock - MD of Enterprise Leaders Worldwide
P.S. With this special £1,000 government backed offer for SMEs and our matched funding of £1,000, you can now receive leadership and management training for up to 11 of your senior and middle managers. This is a limited offer, so act fast to take advantage of it.
P.P.S. The newspapers are currently full of economic fears and uncertainty. Economic conditions are troublesome with companies and banks struggling, high debt levels, increasing inflation. For many companies the natural decision is to cut back, especially on training and development, but the reality is that this is precisely the time to train and develop your staff, to invest in them, educate them, and to get more from them. This is the time to stand out as a company from your competition, and lead.
Right now is a time of opportunity, and when it is easy to do nothing, this is the time where great fortunes and success stories are made.
This is understood by the captains of UK industry, who recently took out full page adverts in Sunday newspapers to endorse the need for training to boost companies' performance and profitability...
